I'm inspired by solving complex problems and building solutions that make a real impact. I love to build things from scratch but also take pride in improving existing solutions. I have had a magnificent introduction to professional development, I have learned so much around best practices and optimisation. I began my employment with Sykes Cottages in Sept 2021 as a junior developer. I was promoted to developer in November 2022. The Forge Holiday group was established in January 2024.
Max Pro is a car accessories workshop, based in Dubai (UAE), specialising in window tinting and body wrapping.
I was mainly in charge of supporting the MD with the day to day tasks and looking after other employees. Other tasks included processing fees, processing expense forms, maintaining finance records, customer bookings, meeting and greeting customers, re-stocking inventory, taking inbound calls for quotations. I also helped in creating artwork for both the shop advertisement and vehicle paint jobs which attracted further customers.
A furniture removals and storage company based in Sydney (Australia).
I was mainly hired to help bring in more work for this furniture removal company. I built a customer booking system which was searchable and held comments on previous jobs for repeating customers. I managed their website and produced flyers for further advertisement. I also helped out with labour at extremely busy periods.
In Dec 2010 I travelled to Australia on a working holiday visa for 2 years and did all sorts of manual labour jobs. Such as landscaping, painting, truck driving, construction using heavy machinery. Some factory work.
